Utility Bill Payment Service

• Payment of monthly utility invoices through an ECM-established bank account segregated for the customers.
• Review and/or approval of monthly invoices for accuracy and timeliness.  ECM will pursue any discrepancies or inaccuracies found on utility invoices.
• We will review landlord invoices for accuracy and compliance with the lease language.  ECM will pursue any discrepancies or inaccuracies found with the landlord (upon the client’s approval).
• ECM will ensure that billing periods and meter reads are provided.
• If ECM is engaged in actual bill payments, we will reconcile bank accounts and provide general ledger uploads for customers to use in their internal accounting systems. ECM will also provide monthly fund requests to replenish the current month’s payments.
