Real estate owners can now participate in the energy market and purchase energy for their individual properties and or tenants via ECM’s wholesale procurement offering. In doing so, real estate owners can keep a portion of the realized savings while still reducing the pass-through cost of energy to their properties/tenants.

ECM offers a holistic, turnkey solution. It will secure energy at the lowest cost by participating in wholesale, collecting meter-level data, and providing invoicing capability.

Collateral is required for mid- and large-sized accounts. ECM’s Open Book Energy regularly provides real estate owners a 25% return on invested collateral (dollar per square foot).
