• Calculating Carbon Emissions for all Utilities, including Electricity, Natural Gas, Oil, Diesel, Water, and Steam.
• Produce quarterly reports to show customers their position against a base year and various goals established.  Reports use graphics as well as numerical representations of Carbon Accounting information
• Maintain and update customer with regulatory and other renewable energy standards to assist them with establishing their goals.
• Calculate and complete reporting for Energy Star and Local Law 97 requirements and possible penalties for non-compliance.
• Provide reporting via the portal on ECM’s website for easy access whenever desired or required.
